The Challenge

Create a more engaging survey for Mercedes-Benz owners in order to get a higher completion rate.

The Solution

We explored a number of visual and interactive methods that use a more sophisticated graphical display technique than those used in the old survey.

We also expanded the survey questions to include some that gauge an owner’s digital interests andinfluence. This will assist the company in future targeting of owners online and thus reduce print costs associated with the hard copy survey.
